Acid reflux is also known as gastroesophageal reflux. Acid reflux is a physiological condition that causes the content of the stomach to reflux into the esophagus and throat. Acid reflux is a chronic, recurrent disease that will not go by its own. There are some prominent ways to avoid or reduce the affect of acid reflux disease. Although, Acid reflux is a painful disease but luckily acid reflux is a treatable, when people will consult with their doctors as soon as possible. Generally, this problem occurs when people eat excessive diet, heavy and spicy foods. Heartburn is also referred to as acid indigestion, which is a very common symptom of reflux.
SYMPTOMS OF ACID REFLUX:

The symptoms of acid reflux should be spotted quickly, in order to prevent the development of acid reflux disease. The symptoms of acid reflux are easy to identify and it is best to consult doctor as soon as possible. There are different symptoms for adults and infant. FOR INFANTS: Acid reflux is very common in infants and young children. Although for most infants the symptoms of acid reflux disappear with time, in most cases the condition can persist for years, causing serious harm to the gastro-intestinal system and the esophagus. The most inherent symptoms of acid reflux in infants are: spitting, vomiting, coughing, irritability, and discomfort while feeding. FOR ADULTS: Mostly, there are two types of symptoms found in adults.1) Common symptoms of acid reflux in adults are: Bad breathe, bitter taste in the mouth, excessive secretion of saliva, abdomen pain, sleeping problems and apnea. 2) Extended symptoms of acid reflux in adults are: Difficult swallowing, chest burn, poor appetite, nausea, presence of blood in vomit and stools throat inflammation and pain, aching and breathing difficulties. If the symptoms of acid reflux turned into a serious disease, so it is a clear sin of aggravation. Acid refluxes can cause serious damages in stomach.

Acid reflux is a disease by which people can suffer with indigestion and heartburn. Acid reflux is generally caused by high fat diets, oily and spicy foods. To avoid acid reflux, it is important to have a planned food, which helps people to live healthy and energetic life
