4) Eating big morsels and heavy meals people can invite the acid reflux disease. People should eat slowly and less spicy foods by chewing it properly.

5) To avoid acid reflux disease people should keep off their self with orange, tomatoes and lemons. Apart from this, people should not lie horizontally after having their meal. Sometimes it happens when people have excessive diets.
