Acid reflux is scientifically named as Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). Generally, Acid reflux disease is an uncomfortable condition, where the liquid that is in person's stomach backs up into the esophagus. This liquid can inflame and damage the lining of the esophagus. It is a common condition and an abnormal one in which acid in the stomach rises up into the esophagus. Acid Reflux generally occurs when the valve separating the contents of the stomach from the esophagus does not function properly. Acid reflux is a painful problem, there is treatment option, but the best that people should do is that they can take the proper and esculent foods. Because eating unhygienic foods is also one cause of acid reflux disease. Causes of Acid reflux:

One of the acid reflux causes is a weak esophageal sphincter. The sphincter is a muscle ring that is at the bottom of the esophageal and right above the stomach. The main work of these muscles is to stop the stomach contents from coming up into the throat as well as in mouth. The stomach acids can come back up and this feels like heartburn and a burning sensation in the throat. It also gives acidic taste to the mouth. This is not only uncomfortable and painful but if urgent treatment is not provided to the relevant patient, the esophagus and the larynx can be damaged from that acid, which will be hazardous for anyone. There are many acid reflux causes that contributes to acid reflux disease. There are few things, which irritate this problem more such as, smoking, stress, obesity, bad, and much fats diet. Conclusion: Acid reflux is a disease, which is generally caused by eating bad and high fats diets. In Acid reflux disease people mainly feel the heartburn problem. Usually this problem occurs after a heavy meal, people can avoid this by eating smaller portions. In acid reflux disease people should stay away from alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes.
